OUR STORY

The formal organization of the South Jersey Business Cooperative as a local service business is the culmination of years of continuous research into how the Internet has changed the way we do business in this country. By focusing on the changes that have been shown to directly benefit small business marketing techniques, as well as highlight the many challenges these changes have created, we found ourselves in a unique position to be able to help local business owners to profit from our experiences and knowledge.

OUR FOUNDER

The SJBC is the creation of Frank Falcone. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Frank has a decades long history as both an accomplished sales and marketing executive and entrepreneur. Frank began his long career in sales by being mentored by the late, Bill Ziff, CEO of Ziff-Davis Publishing, one of the largest and most respected publishing houses in the world. He honed his sales ability with the World Aviation Guide, at the time the premiere and most prestigious publication produced by Ziff-Davis.

Frank was the national training director for Allen and Associates, the nation's largest membership development company providing membership and retention services to Better Business Bureaus and Chambers of Commerce nationwide. He was directly responsible for all training of associates and setting-up and tele-managing offices in 22 cities across the U.S., including offices in New York, Florida, California, as well as offices in other smaller states.

He has provided membership development services to the Greater New York City and the Vineland, NJ Chambers of Commerce and he served as the membership development director for the South Jersey Better Business Bureau.

Frank has an extensive background in the visual and performing arts. He has owned his own photography and underwater photography businesses, and has published a series of publications in the performing arts genre including Talent News, the Performers Yellow Pages and the original Dance Pages magazine.

He was on-air talent at WWOG-FM radio in Boca Raton, FL and WKQS (KISS)-FM in Ft. Lauderdale. He has produced his own internet radio shows on live365.com and through Stream Licensing for the past 10 years.

He is an commercial actor in Manhattan having appeared in many national television commercials, soap operas and print ads. He has been a member in good standing of the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (AFTRA) for over 30 years. His parent union is Actors Equity Assn. (AEA).

Frank is a totally-disabled Vietnam veteran. He proudly served with the 25th Infantry Division after volunteering for combat duty in Vietnam during the height of the Tet Offensive.

He received his computer and website development training at NYU through the auspices of the Veterans Administration's Office of Vocational Rehabilitation.

Frank has been a resident of the Vineland and Millville for the past 23 years.
